We ship tile orders across the continental United States primarily using LTL pallet freight, which is the standard and safest method for transporting tile.

LTL Pallet Shipping (Standard Method)

This is the only shipping method arranged and fulfilled by our store.

It is used for:

• Single or multiple boxes
• Small and large projects
• Residential and commercial deliveries

Freight Details:

• Typically shipped on non-stackable pallets
• Freight class commonly 60 (tile)
• Liftgate service available for residential deliveries
• Reduced handling compared to parcel shipping

Why We Use Pallet Shipping:

Tile is heavy and fragile, and palletized freight minimizes handling during transit, making it the most reliable shipping method for damage prevention.

Parcel Shipping (Customer-Arranged Only)

In some cases, customers may choose to arrange their own parcel shipping using services such as UPS.

Important Notes:

• Parcel shipping is not offered or arranged by our store
• It must be fully coordinated and paid for by the customer
• It is shipped at the customer’s own risk
• There is no guarantee against breakage or damage
• The carrier assumes responsibility once the shipment leaves our facility

We strongly recommend pallet freight for tile whenever possible due to significantly lower risk of damage.
