JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time position that pays weekly. Requires local travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Complete installations and repairs onsite as necessary.

· Inspect completed work to ensure high quality standards are met.

· Report any issues to installation manager as appropriate.

· Address customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction.

· Cleaning work space after completion.

· Establish and maintain open communication and working relationships with building contractors and field supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience in flooring operations and/or installation required. (Thin sets, sub floor preparation, cement & epoxy grouts, under tile waterproofing, commercial and residential)

· Strong customer service philosophy.

· Must own proper tools to complete work on floors.

· Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time, occasionally kneeling and bending.

· Must be able to lift up to 100lbs, with the ability to carry 55lbs.

· Ability to travel frequently throughout the area.
