JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time
position that pays weekly. Requires local travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Complete installations and repairs onsite as necessary.
·
Inspect completed work to ensure high quality standards are met.
·
Report any issues to installation manager as appropriate.
·
Address customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary
for job completion and customer satisfaction.
·
Establish and maintain open communication and working
relationships with building contractors and field supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS
·
Experience with carpet is a must; other flooring installation is a plus.
·
Must be able to lift up to 100lbs, with the ability to carry 55lbs
·
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time,
occasionally kneeling and bending.
·
Ability to travel frequently throughout the area.
·
Complete work according to job specifications and on time
·
Communicate effectively with builders, field representatives and
quality control service technicians
·
Must have your own tools and vehicle.
