Shipping Options

AML Flooring doesn't provide shipping directly. All shipments must be set up by the customer directly. Some options used by customers in the past inlcude UPS, Fed Ex or LTL freight service (Depending on the size and quantity of materials shipped). Delivery service is ground service. UPS shipments will be delivered to the address supplied and may require a signature for delivery. LTL freight shipments are curbside deliveries. Someone is responsible to be at the residence upon delivery and sign for materials. Any pallets of material are dropped and left at ground level. The shipping company will not physically move or carry this product.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY TO RE-ROUTED SHIPMENTS. PLEASE CALL TO OBTAIN RATE INFORMATION.

IF A RESPONSIBLE ADULT IS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OR IF THE FREIGHT CARRIER CANNOT REACH YOU TO COORDINATE A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND STORAGE FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.

• Freight shipments will be unloaded curbside. It is your responsibility to arrange movement of the materials beyond this point. Delivery personnel are not permitted to enter a customer’s home at any time.
• It is your responsibility to arrange for assistance carrying the shipment into their homes if it is needed; delivery personnel are not permitted to assist with this in any way.

You must inspect all materials and sign for your order upon delivery. If you find discrepancies, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
