JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking highly driven Sales Professional to expand our client base in the Atlanta and North Georgia Area. Candidates are expected to have the skills necessary to prospect new business. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of floor preparation and the ability to decipher floor plans. The managers should have strong market experience and a background in sales, preferably in flooring/ construction. We are seeking candidates whose resumes speak to continues success and drive, and who build relationships instantly and prospect effectively.

This position will call on existing and new clientele, as well as potentially interfacing with builders, designers, general contractors and all other decision makers in the sales and installation process. This key role will drive sales volume and strive to deepen existing account penetration in current accounts, and develop new clientele and sales channel opportunities throughout assign sales territories. At all times, our Outside Sales Representatives identify, cultivate and leverage our client relationships through providing the highest level of customer service support and collaborative selling strategies. We are looking for Project Consultants. Specifically, Project Consultants that have experience with in-home sales presentations and are capable of closing.


RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prospect new client opportunities.

· Establish introduction meetings with prospects for business development.

· Actively participate in local market events and organizations to continuously expand referral network.

· Establish updated prospect information and introduction to company communication.

· Successfully adopt company objectives and communication messages to properly position company with client prospects.

· Effectively secure end-user opportunities.

multiple accounts while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.

· Be able to work independently while simultaneously implementing company
defined sales strategies.

opportunities.

· Enjoy prospecting for new accounts, setting up / maintain displays and
introducing our quality products to the marketplace.

· Be driven to meet sales goals and enjoy the upside of variable compensation
programs that reward exceeding plan.

· Instinctively address all customer questions and concerns promptly with
business savvy solution / resolution strategies.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to travel frequently throughout the area.

· Successful track record in an outsides sales environment (preferably within
the flooring/construction industry).

· Good understanding of marketing, branding, advertising and public relations.

· Great presentation and communication skills (i.e. public speaking, professional appearance, etc.).

· Excellent negotiation skills.

· Creative and hard working.

· Must be able to work individually and as a team player.

· Great attitude toward company growth.

· Solid analytical skills in identifying client needs and aligning them to
product offerings; Specification analysis and response preparation a plus.

· Demonstrated expertise in the principles of collaborative sales technique.

· Ability to travel frequently throughout the sales territory AML Flooring offers a

he Warehouse Associate helps protect inventory, receives, loads, and unloads materials. He or she must appropriately handle all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace and may need to drive a company vehicle occasionally.


The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment.  In addition, he or she must have the strength and stamina to perform the duties of this position (standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.) and must have a forklift certification (or is willing to obtain our internal certification).  Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.  Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required to be considered.  All Warehouse Associates are required to wear steel toe boots for safety purposes.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Loads and unloads goods and supplies ensuring proper handling at all times
Moves goods within the warehouse as needed, using a forklift as required
Follows all safety policies and procedures
May be required to make deliveries or pick up materials and return to warehouse using company vehicle.
Other duties as assigned.
